Casa Almendros de Maroma

The villa is spacious and well-furnished and has a large open plan living/dining room and kitchen, part-glazed sun room, secluded pool area, mature gardens and beautiful views of Mount Maroma and the Sierra de Tejeda.The pool area to one side of the villa is very private and has a sun terrace and outside shower.  The pool is 8 metres by 4 metres with a depth of 1 metre to 1.5 metres with Roman steps leading gradually into the water providing a perfect opportunity for playing games in the pool and for chilling in the evening by the edge of the pool with a glass of wine.

The spacious living room has a corner fireplace with a log burning stove for winter evenings. To keep the family entertained there is a satellite TV, a DVD player, a Wii Games Console and a selection of family games.

All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning to provide cooling in the warm summer months and heating in the winter. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate corner shower cubicle. A second double room has a fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. All living spaces are fitted with ceiling fans.

The villa is on one level and would be suitable for people with restricted mobility. As the pool is unfenced, we only recommend holiday rentals for families with children over the age of four.
